With a background in occupational health nursing and psychology, Lucie specializes in identifying upstream capacity risk that leads to disability, prolonged absence, and accommodation complexity.

Her work focuses on reframing disability as a systems and leadership issue, not an individual or clinical one. Lucie supports organizations in moving from reactive disability management to proactive, prevention-focused strategies by addressing work design, leadership decision-making, and escalation pathways before breakdown occurs.
