How to become a Corporate Wellness Consultant isn’t for those that tend to follow the trends or the famous coaches and celebrities. You know the kind – they only follow if someone ‘famous’ has done it, and/or has been successful at it. They don’t have the courage to take a leap of faith, or go with a plan, that resonates with them, to their core beliefs. They blindly follow and hope the success will come to them, as well.
I went to a week-long program once, with a famous coach, and when he asked his participants what their dream for the next 12 months was, so many people said ‘to make a million dollars’. I know it’s been done, but the average or above average person isn’t making this kind so money in 12 months. It’s not realistic, especially if you haven’t even started. It’s doable, but most of us ‘regular’ folks, are not going to achieve this. And this is why, many people don’t succeed after these big events – the success is so wanted, but the motivation to continue to success isn’t ‘tapped ‘into, because we all need a hand, or support to get it done.
It has to be said though, that it takes a unique individual to be able to offer services to individual clients, and make a success of their health or holistic practice, but more so is true, if your client is a corporate client. Let’s face it, how many people actually do this for a living? How many people can you actually follow to be successful at working with corporate clients? Even in my own life, I know very few who are providing services to corporations, and even fewer that are successful at it. Your role models and mine, are few, and not so loudly public in their accomplishments. Should this stop you? Hell, no!
It’s an untapped market!

You don’t want to follow everyone else struggling to get individual clients. Every Tom, Dick and Harry is doing this. It’s hard to get $100.00 or $150.00 from an individual, but from a corporation, it’s a drop in the bucket. Heck, just the other day I heard a statistic online – 70% of a corporation’s budget is available for the right consultant (s)! Now this is where you want to be! Companies are looking for consultants to help them with a side of their business they know nothing about – health and wellness!
If you have a service, you can secure corporate clients. It’s not that hard! If I can do it, so can you!
I’m not famous, but I can show you how to get a client or more than one. Actually, once you’ve completed the program, you can just repeat the steps and get many more clients. That’s what I did, and I’m not all that special (well, maybe I am), but I’m not famous, just dedicated, with a strong belief in what I have to offer is beneficial for corporations, and I’m also very motivated to see my success.
There are many core values and beliefs that are needed to be successful with corporate clients but here are 3 that are a must:
Authenticity – living in alignment to your authentic self is so important. This doesn’t mean because you haven’t tried something it isn’t in alignment. What it means is that when you feel, with your gut or intuition that something or someone is for you, follow it! One of our customers in the Attracting Corporate Clients program, saw my post about building a corporate holistic practice. She knew nothing about it, other than what she felt when she read the post! Her comment – “I want this program!” That was her response. Then she booked a chat to find out more. She knew at her core, that this was the program for her.
Courage – the ability to do something that frightens you. This core value is very important because once you realize that the program, any program, resonates with you, you want to be able to follow through. One of my strongest beliefs when making decisions in life follows this philosophy. If I’m scared, chances are it’s exactly what will help me grow, professionally and personally. This same student as note above, grew exponentially, in both avenues of her life. She expected to grow professionally on how to become a Corporate Wellness Consultant, but was quite surprised at the personal growth from this Attracting Corporate Clients program.
Compassion - for yourself as you learn and grow from taking a leap of faith from living your life from a place of authenticity and courage. While it may sound simple to follow a path that you know deep down in your heart and soul is right for you, it still requires that you maintain compassion for yourself while you journey towards success. Time, patience and understanding are all needed to get from where you are to where you want to be. It isn’t that it’s difficult, but you haven’t been down this road before, so learning is needed.
There are many core values and beliefs needed for any type of success in life.
